Talking About Jesus

You don’t have to agree with me. Join the conversation.

This is not a theology debate site. It is where I share my lived relationship with Jesus—my experiences, failures, questions, changing understanding, and what I am still learning.

Why I’m Talking About Jesus

A personal welcome from Rick—his own story, not a sermon or an argument.

A personal welcome

I’m Rick. I’m still learning.

I am not here to tell you I have God all figured out, to win an argument, or to fix anybody. I am sharing a real life with Jesus—what I have experienced, where I have failed, what I have questioned, how my understanding has changed, and what I am still learning.

I am learning that truth is meant to become life: love that shows up, living water when we are dry, and the abundant life Jesus talked about. For me, that begins with relationship, not argument—and with learning to love people instead of trying to fix them. I may be wrong about some things. That is okay. The conversation can stay honest.

“I spent most of my life trying to understand God. In the end, I discovered He was teaching me to know Him.”
